    I love your maps. I wouldn't call it a map fetish, but it is close. I've got to figure out how to do that here. When I lived in College Park in 1992, I recall how easy those Hagstrom Atlas maps were to use. Hard to believe I'd drive around with those things while operating a vehicle, but the visuals got me where I was going.

    J. Philip.  HA!  I admit to a map fetish.  It's the only thing I brought back from a tour of Williamsburg.

    I have a GPS in my vehicle and never use it.  Of course, I pretty much know where I'm going but when I'm touring, I rely on my maps

    TOTOH, I have an agent who cannot read a map.  She called me for directions for years until she got a vehicle with GPS.

    Reading your report first gave me the impression that your market is doing considerably better than that of the market in Surprise AZ.  Have you seen prices decreased between 30 - 50% since 2006?

    I love your maps and enjoy finding the location of the various communities.  Some day I'll make the trip to see your part of the country.
